- Video Calls: Google Meet
- Recording & Transcription: When available, I use Google Gemini to record and transcribe calls. Gemini is an AI-powered tool that generates summaries, action items, and searchable transcripts.
3. AI Note-Taking
AI-generated notes may be used internally to enhance client service. These notes are not shared with third parties and are stored securely via Google’s services.
4. Data Privacy & Consent
Your participation in a scheduled call indicates your understanding and consent to:
- Being recorded and/or transcribed
- Use of AI tools for internal documentation purposes
5. Opting Out
If you prefer not to be recorded or transcribed, please notify me before your scheduled call so we can make alternate arrangements.
